Hotel Villa De Los Arcos

The helpful reception staff even served us lunch despite the kitchen being closed. Clean and spacious room with a surprisingly quiet atmosphere, despite being near a busy gas station.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in double room with an electronic key card, a flat-screen TV, and a study table. Fairly clean bathroom with a walk-in shower...

Everything was simply fine. The room was new-fashioned and fine with smoke detectors for my safety. Location : the hotel was really close to a highway exit and the main church and Los Arcos. Also, Church of Santa Maria was 1 mile away: D

Hotel Villa de los Arcos is ideally positioned near to the entrance of Navarra racing circuit. It is quite new, clean and comfortable, in an area that is somewhat lacking in accomadation options. The staff are friendly and the food was good.

The homemade muffins were a good surprise at breakfast, and the clean, modern room provided cozy comfort after a long day of the Camino. The staff's attention to my needs was amazing.

Getting there was a bit of a trek as the hotel is far off the Camino track, and the noise from the adjoining service station made it hard to relax. Unfortunately, the limited dining options were frustrating-especially when the cook didn't show up, leaving both truck drivers and hotel guests disappointed. My phone charger didn't work, and I wasn't offered a refund.

Greatest locatrion right next to the racing circuit

Althought advertised, no breakfast buffet available. Restaurant only opens at 21.00 for dinner. No pool.

This hotel is attached to a gas station out of town. Very poor choice (unless you are just stopping on the highway).

Convenient shuttle service

Rooms were clean, but the location felt too far from the main area.

The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. They offer good value for money and as far as I can see it is the newest hotel in Los Arcos, so all the facilities are up to date, including WiFi connections.

As pilgrims on the Camino, we chose this hotel as Los Arcos was a good day's walking distance from Estella. However, the hotel is not on the Camino route, it is about 5 kms away and you have to phone the hotel for transport to and from the camino. The transport is free and they are very happy to come and pick you up, but you do have to arrange it in advance. Also, the hotel is actually above a motorway service station in the middle of nowhere, so the cafe in the service station is your only choice for dinner in the evening.

Everything was nice, met the criteria, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating people at reception desk. The location in a nice area was comfortable and unbeatable and there were convenience stores and shops nearby. Moreover, it was 20 minutes on foot from the downtown❤🙂

Nothing it was perfect.

I enjoyed that the room was clean and spacious. The motel-style restaurant offered basic meals post-travel, which hit the spot after a long day. The complimentary shuttle was invaluable as it provided easy access to the bus station in Los Arcos. I found the hotel's location misleading. It sits far from town and proximity to the Camino. The noise from the adjacent gas station was disruptive, especially at night. The limited hours for dining weren't ideal either, only serving from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Daily hot water issues were frustrating, affecting my experience overall. A better indication of its true location would help travelers planning to explore the area.

Hotel Villa de Los Arcos is a motel located about two kms from Los Arcos itself. Provided this is what you are looking for you, will be more than pleased. The bright modern bedrooms are well equipped and well furnished. There is an excellent bathroom with a super shower cubicle (other hotels please copy). We got an ample, tasty and very reasonably priced meal in the cafeteria. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff who are all cheerful, efficient and very helpful. We were walking the Camino. The hotel minibus collected us from the stage end in Los Arcos and delivered us back the next morning. They also helped with our heavy baggage. All five of our group from Ireland were delighted with Hotel Villa de Los Arcos. Top marks!

Just a minor quibble. It appears that "coffee and croissant" in the cafeteria bar is the only choice for breakfast.
